ABOUT US

Marc Dietrich founded Atelier Dietrich in 2022 after 16+ years working for leading firms as an interior designer and project leader across projects in Health, Workplace, Aged Care, Sports, Multi-Residential and most recently High-End Luxury Hotels locally and abroad. Atelier Dietrich was established to focus on residential homes to be able to provide a more personal design service.

Our principal service is the design of the built interior, ranging from space planning to custom joinery design and finishes selections. We can also complete the design package with loose furniture and equipment selections.

OUR APPROACH

Our approach is collaborative, joining our clients along their journey towards their new or reconfigured home. We understand that every client is different, not only in terms of taste but also in value judgment and priorities. Our inclusive consultation process builds relationships with our clients and draws out their needs and desires. We work together with all parties including other consultants and builders to help them deliver the design intent vision.

At Atelier Dietrich, we are passionate about every detail and ensure the design solution considers material junctions and site conditions. Our detailing of custom joinery is meticulous and holistic. We deliver a cohesive outcome by providing consistent design details throughout the project with the added bonus of reducing complexity for builders and joiners.

WHEN TO CALL US

Our early involvement is preferable as this helps to ensure the best outcome.

Timely coordination helps to avoid unexpected costs and delays caused by late changes. For new builds & extensions we would typically want to be aligned to your architects programme and start during the concept/planning stage.

Already have a Plan? We can also come on board and work with you starting with the architectural cold shell plans to ensure your interiors work for you.

Just want to renovate? Call us anytime to talk to us about your project.
