Passive House One

Our first full-house building design aims to achieve the Passive House standard and we are currently going through the calculations. With the occupants in mind and to enhance the physical comfort provided by the building's envelope the interior has been designed through rigorous space planning capturing the current and future needs of this forever home. While we have started to develop the interior the next phase of the project will focus on the building envelope before we further develop other parts of the interior.

Hawthorn House - Extension & Renovation

Interior design service for the whole house extension and renovation. 
Services included reviewing and improving layouts within the architectural shell drawings and include resolving the junctions between the old and new parts of the home. Design for the interior including the selection of finishes and custom joinery design, lighting design coordination and window furnishings. 
Areas include; Kitchen & Butlers Pantry, Laundry, Family Bathroom, Powder room, Living & Dining, Home Office, Kids Bedroom built in robes, Kids Living, Home Gym and Guest Bedroom suite including Ensuite,
